Ian, the Programme Manager with Kanchi is responsible for designing and developing key national and international Ability programmes. Ian has successfully designed, implemented and managed the assessment process for the world’s first Awards for both public and private sector businesses that positively promote Ability.
Ian’s previous roles include; Group Senior Advisor on Business Excellence, Project Manager as well as Marketing Manager in the areas of Disability, Vocational Education, Tourism and Third World Development in Ireland, Australia and the UK.
