A colleague showed me an article taken from the Sunday Times called "It's Good to Share" on a growing body of professional networks just for women where the point is to shed the façade of the perfect businesswoman – square, stiff, hyperaggressive and imperturbable – and instead embrace the undeniable differences in experience between women and men in the workplace. Yesterday Diageo brought their 2010 Arthur Guinness Awardees together for a photograph for their annual calendar (fully clothed I will add). The brief was that the awardees would emulate a sense of confidence, strength and possibility for the January picture. Read more
