Kanchi's purpose is to enhance the relationship between disability and society.

We are a creative team working to change mindsets and a little piece of the world. Our vision is that difference in people is valued and respected. Disability is universal. It is about people. It is about individual difference. It is about all of us.

A true understanding of any debate around disability centers on value and investment, not charity. Change only happens when you are willing to think differently. That is why difference is so valuable.

We recognise that disability has not consistently engaged global leaders or leadership. There is no identified world leader standing up for the global disability community - without leadership there cannot be change.
