What is useful to send
A specification, a tender clause, an access statement, a maintenance contract, a published cost — the document itself is worth more to us than a description of it. Anything you send is read; nothing is published with your name on it unless you ask for that in writing.
We cannot advise on an individual case. If you are dealing with your own employer, service provider or landlord, this publication is not the right place to ask what you are entitled to — and we would be wrong to tell you.
